试论新课程改革中物理教师角色的转变

在新课程改革的浪潮冲击下,教育观念、教学方式、教学行为有了新的诠释。在这种情况下,教师也应该转变自身的角色。文章主要从教师成为学生学习的促进者、成为平等合作者、成为终身学习者、成为教育研究者这四个方面对教师角色的转变进行论述。 Under the impact of the new curriculum reform, the educationalconcept, teaching method and teaching behavior have a new interpretation. Inthis case, teachers should also change their role. This article mainly discusses thetransformation of teachers’ roles from four aspects: teachers become facilitatorsof students’ learning, equal collaborators, lifelong learners and educationalresearchers.

Business students are faced with using mathematical statistics to solve practical problems in economy and management, but statistics requires certain mathematical basis and mathematical thinking method, which is a challenge for business students. This paper attempts to explain how to use appropriate methods in teaching so that students can master statistical thinking, theory and calculation methods.

在认真研究电源网格结构的基础上,介绍了一种电压降分析的新方法。 这种基于概率统计的方法能够快速简便的估计出电压降的概率分布情况。这种 利用概率统计分析电压降的方法在一些电源网格(包括一些工业处理器)中得 到了较为理想的结果。 With a thorough research on the structure of power grid, we put forward a new kind of approach to the IR drop problem. This approach is based on probability and statistics, which can give us an outlook of the probability distribution of IR drop. The analysis was carried out on a number of grids, including the power grids of industrial processors and we can see that this approach is very effective.

In this paper, based on the three aspects of market prediction before decision-making, scheme selection in decision-making, scheme evaluation after decision-making and feedback, the application of statistical technology in management decision-making is described, its shortcomings are pointed out, and it is shown that statistical technology is a useful tool for management to improve itself.
