在新课程改革的浪潮冲击下,教育观念、教学方式、教学行为有了新的诠释。在这种情况下,教师也应该转变自身的角色。文章主要从教师成为学生学习的促进者、成为平等合作者、成为终身学习者、成为教育研究者这四个方面对教师角色的转变进行论述。
Under the impact of the new curriculum reform, the educationalconcept, teaching method and teaching behavior have a new interpretation. Inthis case, teachers should also change their role. This article mainly discusses thetransformation of teachers’ roles from four aspects: teachers become facilitatorsof students’ learning, equal collaborators, lifelong learners and educationalresearchers.
